OK, for all you girls who list on ebay & don't already know, ebay australia is evidently going to introduce in the next few months a pay by PayPal ONLY system, which means they get more of our money. I have only just heard about it, but I'm disgusted, if this is true.

You know what Coll, I am about done with eBay. I am trying to figure out how to sell on my website. I am sick of eBay and their fees. Ok, now I feel better.

Hey Coll, well it looks like the prices will have to go up to accomodate the extra expenses, or Ebay is going to lose alot of sellers!! I for one will be giving it alot of thought....
Now where are your kitchen pics? Im dying to see the finished product, and I can only imagine the stress you are under at the moment! Im getting new carpet in a couple of weeks in my old studio where it was damaged from the rain, so I have so much packing to do, but at least I have a new studio waiting! Hurry up with the pics!!

Oh Coll!! Good news!! I thought you were inquiring about the green metal wall pocket, but it seems you are wanting the white one that is made of some sort of chalkware or something like that. Good news! It has NOT sold!! It is quite heavy though, but if you want me to get a shipping quote for you I will try to do that next week!! I am glad that I went back to re-read my blog!!
I am so glad to see other people feeling the same way. So now ebay will charge us fees, paypal will charge us for buyers to deposit money into your paypal account and then if we want to transfer the money from our paypal account to our bank account (to cover the shipping) paypal will hit us up for more fees.
I am going to give etsy ago, 20c to list hand crafted items and an Australian auction site. I am also thinking about starting a web shop. I did have an idea of starting a shop with a group of people. Anyone intersted lol.

There is a petition against the changes to ebay. It seems that not all ebay sites are adopting these changes.

Yes it's true as of June paypal will be the only method of payment, unless someone is selling funiture or something that is getting picked up and payment is cash. Hmm not a smart move by ebay!!
